Refund policy

Please note that all wallpapers are printed to order, and therefore are non-refundable, unless faulty. Perfect colour conformity between samples and final goods ordered is never guaranteed.

Returns for items purchased through one of our collaborators sites will be handled directly by them, and at their discretion. 

You can always contact us for any return question at info@joyofprint.co.uk.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refund

If a refund is issued, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
